In the meantime, please reference this article on the same and remember the following essentials:
- Make sure your final files are in Adobe Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop or Adobe PDF
- Only use images of 300dpi or more
- Package up your final file so that it includes any used fonts, images or other files
- Check your files to be sure that they include the correct bleed area
